I can't sync my zotero using my mac computer

I make sure my address is correct because it's normal when I use it on Windows. Here's my ID
D738113512My zotero is 7 latest. Always prompts me that this address is incorrect.

We'd need to see a Debug ID for clicking Verify Server (your debug output doesn't show any activity), but if it says it's not a valid WebDAV URL, it's not a valid WebDAV URL.
  • I made sure my address is correct because I can sync on Windows,Android but not on mac system, I suspect it's a bug and hope the developers fix it!

We can’t help you if you don’t provide a proper Debug ID.

D2105209552Today when I opened my mac system, I realized that instead of prompting the previous error, it prompted a timeout, so I was puzzled. What the hell is this about.

Strange thing happened, now it is prompting me that I am not a valid address, I confirmed that my address is valid and also the password is correct. But I'm not sure why this is happening. This is giving me a headache.
    the id is D2062082957
  • A timeout would just be a problem with your internet connection or the server.

The second Debug ID still doesn't show a Verify Server attempt.

I can confirm that my internet is fine, but why is this problem occurring, I think it's a bug in your software, there is no problem on Windows. I can't use my custom sync right now. It's preventing me from working on my mac system. I hope you guys fix it quickly, I think there will be a lot of users experiencing this problem.
  • No, a timeout is not a bug in Zotero.

Anyway, if you want help with the other error, you'd have to provide a proper Debug ID.
  • Here's my id, D481419423, that's why I can upload it to you guys but can't log into my account.

Yeah, so you're getting an HTML page — "[name] 的云盘集合" — and no DAV header in response to an OPTIONS request for the /zotero/ URL. The error message is correct.
  • Why does it work fine on windows?

You'd have to ask your WebDAV provider. The app is asking your server if it's a WebDAV server and your server is saying no.
  • Thanks a lot, but I'm wondering why it works on Windows but not on mac systems. That's all for this question. Thanks to the developers for the answer.
