Feature request: new line between annotations and comment

When I Add Note from Annotations, the first line of comment starts as a continuation of the annotation. I tried starting the comment with a new line but this is ignored in the output. New lines between comments are recognized. This would help in reading the note created from an annotation.

I am using 7.011 in Win 10 and I do not see this behavior. I can start a new line in the comments with a standard carriage return. Paragraph breaks in the highlighted text are not maintained in the annotation, but they can be added manually.

I'm using Win 10 (10.0.19045) and Zotero 7.0.11 (64 bit).
This clip shows the annotation and comment when annotating:

You can see the first comment is not separated from the Annotation although the empty line between paragraphs is on the screen.
I'll follow up with debug output.
