Android sync issue: Could not delete 1 file from your WebDAV server

No further info is given. Zotero desktop does not complain when syncing.

Did a sync with logging enabled on Android. Debug ID is D1745546447

There seems to be an issue with one zip file that cannot be located. When I search for it on macOS or Android the file is not found.

Is there anything I can do to mitigate this syncing issue?

    When inspecting the log there is the following issue: Zotero Android wants to delete file "9T9ZBZUG.zip" but runs into "Internal Server Error: The server was unable to complete your request. If this happens again, please send the technical details below to the server administrator."

    When looking at the zotero folder on desktop I do not see that file. When looking at the zotero folder on WebDAV store it is also not there.

    The log is Debug ID D917227505.

    If you could hint me at the direction of what needs adjusting / fixing, that would be very helpful. Or is there a way I can inform Zotero Android that it is looking to delete a file that is gone already?
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That resolved the sync conflict which no longer shows. Consider this case closed.
  • No, that just avoids the issue. We're looking into it.
