Upgrade StorageZ7 beta 40: First use of new input method after switching touchpad/pen/touchscreen is not registered
For example (in the pdf reader, MS Surface Go, Linux, Z7 beta 40 which fixed touch scrolling cf. https://github.com/zotero/zotero/issues/3377):
- No tool selected
- scroll the document by touch
- then attempt to select text using the touchpad or pen (or mouse I suppose): Nothing happens
- Trying again immediately after selects text as expected.
I'd expect text selection to work on the first attempt already.

bamesThis specific issue with touch/pen input does not seem to exist anymore on 7.0.10 on Fedora Linux 41 (Wayland, MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 to force Zotero to use Wayland).
