Upgrade StorageCollections
How do I view my collections, ie, the only way I know to do it now is to click on insert a reference, and then it shows me my collections. But more importantly, I do not have the toolbar icons above my collections that lets me start a new collection, etc. Can anyone help? Thank you very much.

2) It's not really clear what you're referring to. Please review the quick start guide, the collections documentation, and other documentation, and then, if you're still having problems, point to specific parts that you don't understand or that differ from what you're seeing.
Yesterday when I went to my Collections, I did not have the row of icons at the top of the pane, such as the New Collection button, Actions button, New Item button, etc. Today I have them. I have no idea why I did not have them yesterday, but for now at least, I am fine.
