Group library updated version import

Hello! I have a group library which I populated with copies of items in my personal, local library. Team-members have made annotations on items, and I would like to import those items back into my local library, over-writing my local versions ideally. Is this possible?

Currently, if I drag an item from the group library to my local library and an older version of exists in my local library, nothing happens.

There are hundreds of items, so deleting individual items in my local library and adding the group versions one by one will be very time consuming and prone to error.

Unfortunately you would indeed need to delete the original items in your personal library before dragging the items back.

We know this isn't ideal, though, and we plan to improve this. (That's part of the reason the links are tracked behind the scenes — to allow for more intelligent behavior here in the future.)

Thanks for the response, glad to hear this is in the pipeline for improvement. Some kind of duplicate review system would be ideal, and perhaps a warning when copying items to a group library as an interim measure? I would have done things differently had I known this limitation. Thanks!
