Upgrade StorageMetadata content disappears after typing

Just a note to say I'm experiencing weird issues with Zotero 7 that I recall happened similarly in the early days of Zotero 6. Namely, content I add to metadata fields disappears either while I'm typing it or when I hit Enter. It's happening more frequently to me today for some reason, so I thought I'd say something. I've also noticed the disappearing is accompanied by the sync icon showing it's running so the way I've dealt with this is I start typing, wait for the sync to run, which deletes my content, then type it again and watch that the sync doesn't run again so it stabilizes. In case it could help, I ran a debug log (D957485993) while I was filling out an entry where it did the deletion thing as I filled out the Institution, Place, Report Number, and Author fields (for Report item type).
