Why are my highlights also underlined

Can I please not have underlining and highlights. I would like to choose one or the other.

This is overlapping highlight regions.
Did you make the annotations with Zotero iOS?

I don't know if the fix mentioned has been released yet.
Otherwise, can you say which version of Zotero you are using to make these highlights and on which operating system?
It looks good for me on Zotero 7.0.10-beta.1+913c50073 (64-bit) on Windows 10:
