MS Word integration won't appear after reinstall

Hi all,

I'm a librarian trying to help a patron with their MS Word plug in on their personal Macbook. Their Word install is version 16.90.2 on a Microsoft 365 subscription. We tried reinstalling the plugin, but the Zotero ribbon still does not appear. We'll try checking the Trust Center later today, but if that doesn't work, is there anything else I can try?
