Group library not showing

I've installed Zotero successfully on a new machine. all good. Now adding another new machine. This time one of my group libraries is simply not appearing - and sync appears to have ended.

Check under Preferences --> Sync --> Choose Libraries if it is unselected.

@ulrikkau: In general, see Changes Not Syncing. If you're still having trouble, say more about what exactly you've tried and what's happening.
