Hi all,
I am encountering issue with the in-text citation of the above style in Zotero. Below is the full reference of the article. For the in-text citation, instead of showing He and Zhang (2023), it shows He,Zhang (2023) which is not correct regarding Harvard style. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Are the authors entered correctly in Zotero. In two fields with Last and First Name?

Yes, they are. I also tried this entry with Mendeley and had the same in-text issue. Wondering if there is any solution for this using CSL style editor?

Ah, I didn't understand your problem.
So you cited this item and used the "omit author" feature to remove the authors?
Then what's written in your text, the author names, you'd need to write manually.

Nah, my problem is the format of in-text citation is wrong in accordance with the NTU Harvard style. For two-author article, it should be (He and Zhang, 2023). However, Zotero displays (He,Zhang 2023).

You had it written in a narrative style, outside the brackets.

Can you link to the author guidelines please?
However, I'm not seeing that (He, Zhang 2023). It's doing (He, Zhang 2023) with a space.

Yes, I would like to do narrative and it is the Harvard referencing guideline if you are interested in knowing the guideline. My point here is the word "and", nothing to do with space or else

Yes, it is the guide from my uni. But I am looking to adjust Zotero style to match with that guide

You're misunderstanding what's happening here.
I'm one of the very few volunteers of the CSL project who create and maintain these public citation styles. I'm here to help you and want to have a correct style on our repo not only for you, but for all students needing that style. In order to have a correct citation style I need to have the official guidelines to check if it's an actual style error or something else going on with your setup or use of Zotero.
Your tone doesn't necessarily motivate one to help though.

Hi damnation, my apologies if you found my wording de-motivating in any sense and I honestly did not mean to. Earlier, we were both not in the same page looking at the error and the styles, which made me confused about your questions. Or, it could be the case that I had not clearly explained the error and got us into this conversation. but
