Zotero Won't Launch After Update/Installation of New Version
Hello,
I have been using Zotero without issue for years. I just tried to update the app, and it will no longer open on my PC (Windows 10 Enterprise, 64-bit Operating System). I uninstalled and installed the new program, and I restarted the system repeatedly, and I can't get it to open. The shortcut is there, and it shows up in the app menu, but nothing happens when I click--no error message, nothing.

eppypearsonWindows Defender is all I can find.

dstillmanYou should ask your IT department. This would generally be due to something like Cisco Secure (which has caused lots of recent problems).
