    You didn't really describe your issue, but I guess you're trying to sync from your own WebDAV server. You're receiving errors: "An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made." when trying to contact that server. Were you able to verify it (Settings -> Account -> Verify Server)?

    It seems that the sync function on my iOS Zotero app is working correctly, as I can view all information of the synced articles. However, I am unable to download PDF files—the download progress circle stays at 0%—and the WebDAV verify server on iOS keeps failing to connect to the server. (PS: I’m using Teracloud for WebDAV storage.)

    You mistyped the WebDAV URL.

    @detillman really? but the webdav url on iOS is same as the url on macOS which is working

    No, it's not (just as detillman is not my username). The service is Teracloud, not Terocloud.

    @dstillman poor macOS type writing auto-correction lol. omg, how did you know that I am using the HTTP OPTIONS https://gima.terocloud.jp/dav/zotero/ on iOS settings.
