zotero super slow

my zotero has become very slow the past few days. every action makes it freeze and load cursor. from adding titles to a file, to scrolling a PDF.

using latest macbook

Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

Can you provide a Debug ID for it happening?

Start by updating to Zotero 7, and also restart your computer.
