Word not updating citations

Hi my error report number is 1994208438, I am using windows 10 and word ver 2013 (15.0.4420.1017)
I have tried all steps from Zotero Word Processor Plugin Troubleshooting and nothing is working
When i start a fresh new document I have no issues. But when I start editing my specific document, the zotero stops working.

It even freezes my words settings

I would like help immediately if possible, thanks please let me know if the report file is needed

Does this happen in a specific document or are you able to reproduce it in a complete new, empty document?

I checked, after inserting 2 citations the problem reoccurs in a fresh document

You need to update Office.

Unfortunately its a company computer and i cannot do any changes to word. I spoke to IT team and they said that the word 2013 is the most updated version they have. MS office latest version they wont be installing anytime soon

If you can't use a supported word processor plugin, RTF Scan may be an option:

@shiwani95 Given that your company runs what seems to be a cracked version of Office, they shouldn't have any issues upgrading it to a more recent cracked version.
