Using the Word plugin for Mac, with MHRA referencing style, I've noticed recently that book publisher locations no longer appear in my footnote citations or bibliography.

So, where the reference initially looked something like Author, Title (Cambridge: The MIT Press, 2020), it now looks like Author, Title (The MIT Press, 2020).

Happened a while ago, but not due to me (knowingly) changing settings. I need to submit soonish, and can't resolve it. Has anyone experienced this or know how I might fix it?
