Unable to sync from my MacBook/Safari

I am 1000% sure I'm entering the correct username/password associated with my account, but I am receiving an error for Invalid username or password. I am new to Zotero, have tried asking ChatGPT and restarting my Desktop app - no luck so far. Anything else I can try here to set up syncing across devices for my account? Thanks!

    Just to clarify: you're using the Zotero app downloaded to your MacBook, where, in the Preferences window under the "Sync" section, you're entering your account details to set up sync, and that doesn't work?

    When you go to zotero.org login page in your browser and use the same credentials, does it work? If not, did you try using the forgot your password option?
