Bibliography corrupted

My bibliography was looking great but then something changed and the formatting is no longer correct to APA 7. The Journals are no longer italisised. I suspect a word setting has overridden the Zotero formatting??

First, try to switch to a completely different style and back. If that doesn't fix it and the issue is specific to italics, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/italics_in_word_bibliographies
