I'm having problems linking Zotero to Microsoft Word. Zotero is showing up in the toolbar, but when I try to add a citation, I'm able to put in the citation style and the paper I want to cite, but then Zotero encounters an error ("experienced an error updating your document" and doesn't actually add the citation into my document...I just see "{Citation}" in the footnotes. This problem shows up whether I'm in a blank, new Word document or an existing one. Microsoft word is fully updated, and so is Zotero (I just recently downloaded Zotero 7 and have never used Zotero before). I've tried restarting both Word and Zotero, and that did not work either. I'm feeling a bit exhausted and disappointed because this has taken up quite a bit of my time today when I really hoped it would save me time. Please help me; any help would be greatly appreciated.
