Zotero and Open Journal System

I was wonder when i tried to save an article from an Open Journal System based e-journal and zotero didn´t recognize it, i had to do it manually. I don´t know how Zotero register all the information, but I think is possible to make Zotero recognize automatically this standard of electronic journal, saving correctly all the information and the pdf file.

I personally think OJS leaves a hell of lot to be desired as an open access platform. While I don't know, I wouldn't be surprised if some of these limitations also make it difficult to write translators for.

In any case, why not suggest to that community that they write a Zotero translator?

I am a keen zotero supporter, and OJS admin at my University. If you implement COINS on the server, it does help. It would be good to see tighter integration, you're right.
