Simple issues
I hope these issues are simple, at least. Commendations on an excellent extension fto Firefox for academic research.
1. Import of article list not available.
e.g: http://arjournals.annualreviews.org/loi/polisci
The icon in the address bar to import a list of articles into Z is not available. Opening articles allows them to be imported individually, but ...
2. Tags not parsed correctly
Keywords for articles from the above provider are not separated at semicolons into tags, resulting in tags consisting of entire keyword lists.
3. Toggle full screen
expands X window first time to full tab, on second click to occupy full workspace, but toggles back to entire tab. To reveal other tabs again, need to carefully find top border to drag it back to original shape.
4. List boxes constraining resizing
As reported elsewhere, the tags listboxes causes odd resizing behaviour. You are working on it. Alternative solution: add reading mode with a toolbar or extension to annotation bar, with doc title, forward, backward, and ...?

Does (3) go away if you lower the height of your tag selector? or if you SHIFT-CTRL-T remove the tag selector all the way. Zotero doesn't seem to want to 'restore' after going full screen if the top border of the tag selector is set too far up. (It respects the size you set the tag selector to over the size you want the Zotero window to be), but this may not be your problem. By the way,
Your alternative solution in (4) is not clear to me.
(1) I've never seen a site where Zotero presents an import list on a page containing a Journal's Table of Contents list (as opposed to a database search), like the site you gave. It doesn't, for example, with JSTOR. I've not seen any discussion of this, but it seems that it could be problematic from a copyright point of view. Publishers wouldn't like entire issues to be slurped quite as easily as that. I don't know if something like this was in the design considerations of Zotero, but it would make sense. I assume list import works elsewhere for you (at least in those places where it works for the rest of us).
(2) I get the same behavior with the tags on that site (though have not got it elsewhere).
