Zotero's memory usage is a bit high. Can there be a function similar to the Chrome Onetab plug-in to save memory?

Zotero already automatically unloads tabs when they aren't being used. A maximum of five tabs will be loaded at any given time (three on systems with <= 8 GB memory).

Ahh - so you unload (ie free memory already on unused tabs) - what I am asking for in my post is reducing visual clutter of multiple tabs that I haven't looked at for weeks.

Maybe just a limit to the number of open tabs? (Pref, set at 10 default).
