How to Add/Delete Info Fields in a specific Item Type

Hello,

I am not asking about editing the content of a particular field, but rather I would like to know if I can ADD, DELETE, or other wise EDIT the actual INFO fields (e.g. Item Type, Title, Podcaster, Series Titles, etc) under the INFO Section.

You can't add or delete fields, no. You can add content for non-existing fields using the Extra field and those will get picked up by citation styles:
