Zotero unresponsive!!!!

Zotero will be unresponsive while syncing, it becomes unresponsive as soon as syncing starts, and the sync fails!
  • Can you provide a Report ID?

    What happens after it becomes unresponsive? Do you have to force-quit it, or does it come back?
  • Report ID:1184370871.
    Once I click syncing, it will unresponsive.and wait about 2min it will responce again.
  • Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If it still happens, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing the hang.
  • I tried to Restart in Troubleshooting Mode,but it still unresponsive.

  • I linked to instructions for generating a Debug ID. We can't help you without that.
  • Is this matters to the OneDrive? I put my documents in the OneDrive.
    If i chose the default data base,i cant open my papers in Zotero.
  • I don't know what you mean by that, but if you have your Zotero data directory in OneDrive, you absolutely can't do that.

    @Edo0109: Also note that you have a huge attachment in your Zotero library that won't sync and that could be causing problems:

    Paste KJJ4E5UF into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode, delete that attachment, and empty the trash.
