Upgrade Storagedoesn't work anymore... a problem with mac? word? zotero?

Zotero version: 2.0b7.6 Zotero MacWord integration 3.0a7 Word Mac 2008.
Zotero works on firefox, but e problem is in word...
When i try to do anything with zotero, word says that he quitted, and zotero says he "experienced an error updting your document".
It's the same with an old or new doc, it's the same if i restart, reinstall and averything...what does it mean?
