Sync Error - Report ID 489333464

Hi,
I have an error that is

Zotero-File-Modification-Time header not set in file request for 1/5CNZV64N

I gather this is because I or another person has not synced their database when more than one machine accesses the same database.

I wonder if there is a way to identify which item in the database this relates to so that I might manually correct it in some way.

    No, nothing like that. (I would recommend against trying to interpret error messages from logs. Those are for developers.)

    This usually means that you're on an institutional computer, your internet connection is being intercepted, and something is interfering with Zotero's requests. If you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt, we might be able to tell you more, but generally you'll need to talk to your IT department:

    You should also update to Zotero 7, which can help with some network security software.
