Highlight text and Underline text mixed up in annotations

Has anyone else noticed that the "highlight text" and "underline text" mouseover commands are switched in the latest update (7.0.8 on MacOS)?

Same on Windows. The right mouse button prompt you get to convert either the underline or highlight is correct, however.
