Removing an item from collection clears search results

When searching within a folder, if I try to remove a single item in the search results from that collection it will clear the search. It returns me to the point in the collection where that item was. This does not happen if I highlight multiple items and remove them, or if I move an item to the trash. Is this the intended behavior? I try to remove duplicate entries as I work so it's a bit annoying. v7.0.2, 64 bit Windows.

    I just ran into this myself. It's a major pain as I try to work in a folder and have to return to it and re-enter the search terms every time I remove an item from it.

    Also odd is that the folder stays selected (though gray) in the list on left.

    I'd say it's a bug, but it's at least non-optimal.

    Any chance for a fix/change?
