Zotero 7 Webdav Sync Settings

I'm trying to set up Webdav syncing using a self hosted nextcloud instance with Zotero 7.0.8.

According to the manual this should be possible to select a webdav url using the "Sync" settings view. But I cannot find this dialogue in this version using windows 7.0.8 x64

WebDAV only applies to file syncing. You have to set up data syncing first.

thanks for the support. I didn't realise I still need an zotero account even though using webdav for syncing.
