Characters disappeared in Zotero IOS version

Many characters are not visible in many papers. Only on iPad, Mac is ok with these papers.

    When the PDF is in Chinese black font and the iPad OS is version 18, there may be a situation where such fonts are missing.

    @Charmingwind, @anbit: Yes, sorry — there's a bug rendering some Chinese characters in the PDF library we use under iOS 18. We've reported it and are waiting for a fix.

    @dstillman，thx so much and may I Know when this bug could be fixed? Because I urgently need to read literature on my iPad, I hope this bug can be fixed as soon as possible so that I can use it normally.

    @anbit unfortunately all we know is that they are working on it, but no estimates.

    If you only need to read something, you can switch to reading mode which doesn't seem to be missing characters:
