Hey @charlotte27, this debug log doesn't record an attempt to download a PDF attachment. Can you please start a new debug log, try to download such a PDF that fails, and then stop the log, and post the new id here?
To start/stop a debug log, go back from you library > tap the gear icon to go to Settings > Debug Output Logging
