Firstly, thank you for helping.

I've tried everything regarding my network, going onto other networks, and everything under the sun.

I'm getting:

"WebDAV verification failed. Verify your file sync settings in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences."


When I try to fix this and "verify server" in the sync settings it says:


"bora.teracloud.jp uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates.
An additional root certificate may need to be imported.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER"



I am able to log into the host website from the web browser and I've no idea what to do now.
