Unable to edit_dimitri lera

Hi there, after failing an online update, Zotero has not returned to its full capacity. I cannot longer make edit or insert Items manually as I am not able to move past the name of the author when inserting manually. I have tried uninstalling to no avail as the system is not allowing this, I work at Uni in UK, so I am stack in a loop...
Please advise.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "not able to move past". Do you mean that you're using the keyboard?

    Can you provide a Report ID?

    Dstillman: when i am editing an entry, I am unable to move past the 1st author box, the cursor will not move any further, the cursor remains in that box, and if i click any other box nothing happen, in order for me to move on, i have to close Zotero altogether and start again

    You are on a (very) outdated Zotero version. Update) preferably to v 7, but definitely to the latest v6)
