Clicking on FTP link in PDF doesn't work

    I think I am facing this same issue. I am clicking on a link but it just opens a blank browser window. It does not even open the link.

    I tried to copy the link, but I could not do that. I tried to change the browser Zotero will use to open the link, but it opens a blank window in all the browsers I have.

    The link I am trying to open is a ftp link from ftp.aip.org, I don't know if that is the issue here.
