"The plugins in Office are not working."

In Microsoft Word, the plugins do not respond when clicked, whether in a new document or an existing one. Additionally, when I click the plugin, a small gear appears in the upper right corner of the screen and disappears after about a second.
The first installation was normal, but after I deleted and reinstalled it, this issue occurred. I have already tried everything mentioned on the official website, including deleting the add-ins files in Word, restarting the computer, reinstalling in Zotero, and many other methods, but nothing has worked.
My computer is a Mac M1, and I am using Office 365. I urgently need your help. Thank you very much!

    Do you use any security software? Does it work if you disable it temporarily? Restart Zotero and submit a Debug ID for a click on Add/Edit Citation in Word.
  • Thank you for your replying, sir . I've been fixed it by initializing the Mac system . It takes my plenty of time to resolve the problem.
