Replace "AND" by "ET" when I quote (french)

Hello,

I work with Zotero in French and Word in French. Since recently when I insert references of two authors the word "and" appears, instead of "et".

Example: "les français aime le fromage » (Chevallier and Lochak 2018:231).

I would like to see (Chevallier et Lochak 2018:231) instead.

When I try to edit style, it appears as I expect it to be.

Can you help ? many thanks

    You don't have the style set to French in the Zotero document settings in Word if you're seeing (Chevallier and Lochak 2018:231).

    Well, I'm afraid it is in French in settings.
    And it appears as such on the screenshot I sent you. Yet, when it is inserted in the main document, it appears with AND.

    No, every document has its own setting.
    In the zotero tab, under Document Preferences you not only need to select the style, bu also the language.
    What you show in your screenshot has nothing to do with that.

    It's all good now, thanks a million. Things went wrong after an update in my zotero, I didn't realize the document had new settings.
