Unable to access Group Library

Hello,

I am unable to access my group library page online. This happened after attempting to transfer ownership of the library to another account. Is there any way to get this fixed?

Yes, absolutely. I am an editor on a public group named "Breed-Specific Neurologic Disease Database". Last night, I was attempting to transfer owenership of the group from the account NeuroBreedInfo to VetNeuroDB. However, upon doing this, the account VetNeuroDB was banned and I am no longer able to access the library from any account. I have attached a screen capture of the error message I get when trying to access the account.
