Saved document in Zotero only showing Attachment info

Does anyone know how to correct this.
When I save documents to Zotero, some documents do not appear with the info tab for manually entering/correcting information. Instead, the attachment info appears, and I cannot manually enter information.

Any ideas?

Right-click on the attachment in the center pane and choose Create Parent Item. If you know an identifier (like a DOI) for the item, you can manually paste it in the next window that pops up. If not, choose Manual Entry and manually enter data in the Info Tab.
