Zotero 7.05: Document pref dialog, can't access Manage Styles link with keyboard

Step 1. In Zotero, open an item the context menu and select "Create bibliography from item"
Step 2. A dialog box opens, it is titled visually "Zotero - Create Citation/Bibliography" opens.
Step 3. Notice there is an element that looks like a link labelled "manage styles", as shown in the image below.

Step 4. Press tab key. Notice "manage styles" can't be reached with the keyboard.
