"Attached file could not be found" - Support Request

I am moving over to a new mac, but am finding that I'm unable to access any attachments (stored files and snapshots), both on the new laptop and on zotero.org library.
Since I only access attachments via my local laptop, I'm not sure how long the issue has been ongoing.
I've been following the handy support steps - https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing - and have completed step 5. I used the "reset File Sync History", but it didn't resolve the issues. The URL of my library is - https://www.zotero.org/jenwhitson
