Bug with filename display

Switching between attached files does not reliably update the "Filename" in the sidebar. It seems to only update on every 4th change. See this video for an example.

Can you try again in troubleshooting mode (Help -> Restart in Troubleshooting Mode...), which disables all plugins? If this still happens with plugins disabled, we'd need a Debug ID.

Annoyingly, this bug seems to appear and disappear randomly. I just restarted the app, and it's not showing up now. It's happened like this before.
