Upgrade StorageSyncing annotations from Boox Zotero library app to Zotero on computer
Hello,
Boox somewhat recently added a Zotero app to the library options on their tablets. I have bound to my personal Zotero account and am able to read PDFs on my Boox that I add to my Zotero account on my laptop. I highlight and annotate the PDFs on my Boox, then at some point the annotations show up on the PDF versions saved in the Zotero account on my computer. However, the annotations haven't updated in a while, even though I'm still able to add new PDFs to my account and see them on my Boox.
How can I send all my highlights and annotations form my Boox to my computer? Does anyone know what triggers the sync? I've tried turning on/off, syncing from the Zotero app on my computer, syncing from the Zotero app on my Boox, and clicking the "save" icon on the notes toolbart in the Boox NeoReader.

Go to the attachment tab for a specific reference (where you see the PDF file). Press and hold on the PDF until the options menu appears. Click on Upload.
