can't finalise zotero 7 installation

hi, i have just downloaded the latest zotero version on my university pc and the installation doesn't really finish. every time I try to launch the software it appears not completely installed and i get this message pasted.

do you think i can solve this problem in some way?

    the problem is persisting, i have tried to uninstall and was really hard but succeeded once I removed the browser zoter extension. now i tried to downlad and install the previous version but again i get the same warning and after restarting the laptop nothing changes. i have the file .exe on my computer but cannot use the app. I also verified that with my company laptop, the zotero 6.0.63 version is supported. but cannot succeed to install

    Please manually remove the directory where Zotero is installed and run the installer for Zotero 7 again.

    We hope to have fixed this problem with the installer in the most recent version, which is being released now.
