Lost all data from Zotero

Recently I brought new laptop and downloaded Zotero. I already using Zotero in my old laptop. While trying to synchronise I lost all data from my old laptop. Now in the both laptop showing empty files. I need to recover my old Library. Pls help me for the same.

    You deleted all items in your library, either manually or by using Replace Online Library from an empty library. Simply setting up syncing on a new computer would never do this — it would just pull down your existing library.

    If you just did this, you may be able to restore from one of the automatic backups on your old computer. That wouldn't restore your files, but we may be able to relink any that had been uploaded after you've restored your data and overwritten the online library with the restored data, as per the instructions.
