Upgrade StorageZotero server is Error? Or my account has some issue?
In the past few days, I have been unable to log in to my Zotero account. It keeps showing me the following message.

Yes, now I can see the erorr reason, but I don't know why my account was banned?
I try sending email to the "registration" and but until now they are not respone to me.
