Zotero is unable to update my file

i'm working on a large document, when i added a new citation a message appears that zotero is unable to update my doc., microsoft diagnosed the problem is due to faulty zotero third party plug in. I'm using Microsoft word for mac book version 16.89.1
Can you help me solving this issue urgently please?

    What exactly is happening? Updating a large document in Word for Mac can take a long time, possibly hours, so unless you're receiving an error message, you're just not waiting long enough.

    yeah i know that updating a large doc takes a while , but an error message appears both from zotero (zotero experienced an error updating your doc.) and microsoft shows an error message too (microsoft diagnosed the problem is due to faulty zotero third party plug in)

    "faulty zotero third party plug in": what do the Microsoft people mean by that, exactly? Zotero? The Zotero Word plugin? Some other Zotero plugin?

    @AmiraMansour: Yeah, what exactly do you mean by that? Are you saying you're getting an error from Word? What exactly does it say?

    In any case, if you're getting an error from Zotero, we'd need to see a Report ID to say more.
