Library Lookup not working for me in v7

I'm not able to use Library Lookup even after adding a Base URL to my Locate settings.

When I select the Library Lookup option for any item in my library, nothing happens. I have confirmed that the base URL is correctly entered in Settings. The base URL is listed on Zotero's OpenURL resolvers list (https://www.zotero.org/support/locate/openurl_resolvers - Rochester Institute of Technology).

Locating an item by selecting Google Scholar from the new Locate menu in v7 does work. But nothing at all happens when I select Library Lookup despite all indications that I have a working base URL for my institution's OpenURL resolver in my Zotero settings.
  • That should open the URL in your browser with appropriate parameters appended, and it does for me. Are you saying it doesn't open a URL in your browser?

Can you provide a Report ID?
  • That's correct, nothing at all is opening in my browser. I have generated a report ID as requested - 1994186533. The error report did say something about an invalid URL, so I will also recopy/repaste the base URL to ensure it's been entered properly.

It looks like you entered a space at the beginning of the URL, making it invalid. We'll fix it to handle that, but there's no reason to enter this manually. You can just select the entry from the drop-down menu in the settings — it's populated automatically from that webpage.
  • Yeah, as far as I can tell, the base URL in my Settings is accurate.
  • Ah, ok, I have removed the extraneous space from the beginning of the URL. When I first tried this out earlier today, I was unable to find our entry in the drop-down menu, which is why I was entering it as a custom URL. But now it is findable in the drop-down.

I'll also update my documentation for users on our campus at https://infoguides.rit.edu/zotero/connect

Thank you for your rapid response to my issue!
