Cant get AMA 11th to work - "Zotero experienced an error updating your document."

Hi there
I wrote a paper with Elsevier- Harvard; yet I am now trying to switch it to AMA11th; yet I get the above error. Not only with this style, also many others or they change it incompletely. I have tried it in the original document, in a new document with the same text; less text, new text. Bothing to get it to work. The IEEE has worked the best so far in a full change; yet it is not the style I am looking for for the journal I am submitting to. Please SOS.

I need: "Indicate references in the text by using superscript Arabic numerals in the order in which they appear in the text. The numerals are to be used outside periods and commas, inside colons and semicolons. For further detail and examples, you are referred to the Manual of Style, A Guide for Authors and Editors, 11th Edition."

    A completely new document with a couple of citations in AMA style (for testing) works, though, yes?

    No That also doesnt work :'(

    In a new word (office 2019) document I go to the zotero plug in; and go to doc preferences; and select AMA 11th. Then when entering a citation i get the error :"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.". I click no for troubleshooting page; and then 1 appears on the page; But when I then go to do another citation, it gives me the error again; I click no and a 1 appears for that citation as well. As for bibliography, if I add it now it will just say {Citation}; and when I add another reference, it will just say the reference for the last citation i put in, not the ones before that.

    Is your document saved in OneDrive/SharePoint?

    Yes it is saved in a OneDrive

    Does it work if you move it to a different location such as your Desktop? There is a known issue with spaces in OneDrive filepaths (so you could also try to remove those)

    Ive opened it on another computer outside of the onedrive and was able to change it to AMA; thank you!

    I have found locations on my own computer where it doesn't upload to the onedrive; but if I paste it there and try to switch citation styles it still doesn't work on my own computer, would you have an idea as to why?

    Submit a Report ID after receiving the error.
