my zotero is not saving files

Pleaase could this be a network problem? my zotero is not saving files, even after upgrading my storage. it keeps saying an error occured while saving this item. I have uninstalled and reinstalled back severally. pls help

    For Google Scholar, problems saving are almost always just due to site access limits.
