No option to upgrade storage in my storage page?

Hi, I'm unable to upgrade my zotero storage. When I go to the 'storage' page, there's no option there to upgrade. Does anyone have any advice?

    Can you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

    What do you see? Does it include how much storage you're using?

    The page, and purchasing storage, requires javascript (including javascript from our third party payment processor) so if it looks like there is empty space where that should be, it may be getting blocked or running into an error.
